The plain version: you pay today, we shoot today, your edit lands Monday by email. If weather or scheduling breaks the plan, we reschedule or refund in full. Your files are yours.
Payment through this page reserves your shoot with Mount Up Media at the event where we are on site. Event pricing applies only while the crew is on location. All payments are processed by Stripe and you receive a receipt by email.
After booking, we confirm your time by text or email. Hourly services (headshots, studio portraits) are billed per hour booked at checkout.
Standard delivery is Monday following the event, by email with download links to high-resolution files. The optional 24-Hour Rush add-on moves delivery to within 24 hours of the shoot.
If we cannot shoot because of weather, venue changes, or scheduling conflicts on our side, you choose: reschedule at no charge, or a full refund. If you need to cancel before your shoot time, reach out and we will make it right.
